Nasonaly IT provides digital marketing and IT services including social media management, paid advertising, SEO, web development, and automation. The specific scope is defined in individual service agreements.
Monthly retainer services are billed in advance. Project-based work may require a deposit. Late payments may incur fees as specified in your service agreement.
Upon full payment, clients own all custom deliverables created specifically for them. Nasonaly IT retains ownership of its methodologies and proprietary tools.
Nasonaly IT cannot guarantee specific results as digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors including platform algorithm changes and market conditions.
Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Nasonaly IT's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
